A deep, vibrant pink color typical of serious Tavel. Expressive, fruit-forward aromatics, a “gourmet rosé” character meant for food pairing from aperitif to main courses, and structure and freshness balanced with ripe red fruit intensity.
Here's What We Thought:
Sunset-pink in the glass, this Rosé jumps out with bold aromas of ripe strawberry, raspberry, blood orange, and a pinch of Provençal herbs and white pepper. On the palate, it’s not shy at all—fuller-bodied, juicy, and structured, with layers of red fruit, citrus zest, and a savory, almost “light red wine” feel on the finish. This is a food-lover’s Rosé: perfect with roast chicken, lamb skewers, ratatouille, tuna steak, or a mezze spread that keeps the table busy for hours.
Fun Fact: Tavel in the Rhône is one of the only appellations in France dedicated entirely to Rosé—and locals treat it less like a summer refresher and more like a serious, age-worthy red wine in disguise. 🍷🍓
