Delicate coral pink in colour with spicy notes, fresh strawberry and red cherry fruits on the nose. This is a full flavoured rosé of character and depth with ripe summer fruits and a zesty spicy finish. Pair with spicy antipasti, trout steamed with chilli, tabbouleh, baba ghanoush with olive oil, lemon & garlic, grilled lamb.

A pretty coral pink, this Lebanese Rosé offers aromas of pomegranate, cherry, and cinnamon. On the palate, it delivers a deeply flavorful, crisp layer of strawberry and light spice that pairs beautifully with spicy shrimp skewers, grilled halloumi, zesty falafel wraps, or fire-roasted lemon herb chicken.
Fun Fact: Made from high-altitude desert vines that are entirely dry-farmed, this ancient estate is so fiercely green that it actually cools its entire winery using passive, ice-cold mountain river water!
