Pale straw yellow with silver reflections. On the nose, lime and grapefruit, toasted almonds and echoes of meadow flowers. On the palate, crisp, fine texture and clear fruit with slight note of elderberry. Full drive on the palate, and delicately bitter and salty on the finish.
Here's what We Thought:
Pale yellow in color, this Vermentino is fresh and vibrant with a subtle hint of coastal salinity. On the nose, aromas of lime, green apple, and stone fruit mingle with soft notes of lavender and fresh flowers. Dry, bright, and light on the palate, it’s beautifully balanced and so food‑friendly. Delicious with oysters on the half‑shell, grilled fish, or simply enjoyed on its own.
