The 2022 Angel's Share Shiraz is saturated with black cherry, raspberry, licorice and pink peppercorn-rolled pastrami. In the mouth, it is all of this: silky and spicy and concentrated but not heavy. Nicely done. -E.L.
What We Thought: Lots of flavors going on with this wine…blackberry, black cherry, plum and blueberries. And then there is the cocoa, espresso, vanilla and pepper notes to accent the dark fruit.
