The non-vintage Pedro Ximinez is from a 15- year-old solera. It is brown amber in color with aromas of orange peel and English toffee. It is thick and rich on the palate and very long.
Fabulous nose. There’s interesting, mature wax and lanolin notes, along with a woodsy caramel note. Concentrated, medium-bodied, and harmonious. The firm structure keeps it lively and interesting.—B.S.
