Select fillets are cured and slowly smoked over alder wood using a traditional recipe to add a richly seasoned flavor to this delicious fish. It is fully boned and ready eat. Add to omelettes or scrambled eggs, include in your favorite pasta recipe, top your custom made pizza.
To open, use a sharp knife and cut around outside edge of fillet. To serve, slice cold from refrigerator. Using a serrated knife cut as illustrated in half and quarter inch slices. For salads or pastas, flake or chunk. Keep refrigerated at 38°F or below.
