The 2021 Pinot Grigio is impossible to ignore. A stunning mix of crushed green apples, lime zest, and spring flowers form its bouquet. This is soft and round on the palate, with a core of saline-minerality that balances its ripe orchard fruits and sweet inner spice. What We Thought: This elegant, very floral Pinot Grigio has a nicely rounded, well-balanced palate of lemon custard, ripe melon, and white peach with just enough bright acidity.
