What We Thought: With a clear garnet color and a big candied black cherry nose, this medium-bodied New Zealand Pinot Noir has a palate of smooth black cherry fruit along with hints of vanilla and baking spice, all supported by some supple but surprisingly firm tannins. It will pair beautifully with lighter dishes; try grilled salmon or roast chicken.
