What We Thought: This serious, Bordeaux-like Cabernet has a big blackberry nose and a nicely rounded, full-bodied palate of more blackberry fruit, along with notes of licorice and bitter dark chocolate, supported by some firm, dusty tannins that promise a future in the cellar.
