Hints of orange peel and light floral notes on the nose are followed by a fresh and well-structured palate of pear and Fuji apple. Pairs well with sushi, shellfish, seafood, and poultry or pasta dishes.
Firm structure of taste with subtle fruity aroma of apple, pear and melon as an accent. With a hint of scent, it remains the traditional sake’s character yet, and the taste is sharp.
This sake is a blend of ①45% Junmai daiginjo and ②60% Junmai. (% is rice polishing ratio)
