This feels very young and has plenty of yeasty aromas, hints of esparto grass and olives in brine. The palate is dry, intense and sharp but with the volume and concentration of old age. It's fascinating to see how the wine evolves in bottle, so there is no rush to drink it...if you can wait! Drink 2017-2025. —L.G.
