Quite fresh, with some citrus notes (orange peel, tangerine) and a faint touch of smoke. It’s juicy and fluid. They did a shorter maceration and less extraction, and it paid back, resulting in an approachable and quite elegant wine. Drink 2021-2024. —L.G.
What We Thought: A pale Garnet color leads to an atypical light-bodied red cherry nose and palate that displays delicate notes of baking spice and Provençal herbs along with some light smokey notes. I would pair this with any food you might normally have with Pinot Noir.
