Beautiful notes of cassis and blackberry fruits, as well as plenty of peppery spice and a touch of meatiness all, emerge from the glass, with a wonderful sense of elegance, medium-bodied richness, a great mid-palate, and plenty of length on the finish. There’s a kiss of background oak, but the balance here is spot on. It’s 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah; drink 2020-2027.
