A pure Cabernet Franc with a very light pink color and a delicate nose that intermingles red fruit aromas with floral notes. Aged on the lees for at least nine months, this is a supple, round, and harmonious sparkling wine with intense, well-structured fruit and texture, and it has a long and aromatic finish. The mousse is very delicate and gentle.
