What We Thought: This tastes a little more like Oregon than Central Coast California. It is a beautifully balanced, medium-bodied Pinot Noir that has a ripe black cherry palate accented with black pepper and allspice. This might be the perfect wine for anything from grilled salmon to roast pork.
