Made in the méthode champenoise, this sparkler has a floral aroma of sweet pea and acacia followed by coconut notes. This unfiltered sake has very persistent fine bubbles and a beautifully balanced acidity. Serve chilled with shrimp tempura, coconut shrimp, or chickpea bruschetta.
