This smooth, mouth-filling, but not heavy wine is scented with black plums, black cherries, and maple, followed by rich, ripe fruit flavors and a very polished texture. Light tannins add to an easy touch on the palate. Editors’ Choice. —J.G.
What We Thought: This very approachable Cabernet is medium-to-full-bodied and filled with brambly blackberry and black cherry fruit, along with notes of dark chocolate and a touch of vanilla supported by some supple but lightly dusty tannins.
