Peculiar wine that combines complexity, structure and an intense cherry color. Elegant, fresh and complex nose where ripe fruits and floral notes can be appreciated. Pleasant and fresh entry-mouth, balanced with sweet tannins, unctuous and enveloping with an unique mid-palate and long finish.
It is fruit-driven and easy to drink, juicy, with 14% alcohol, a pH of 3.79 and 5.6 grams of acidity. It has a very dark color and an expressive nose redolent of black olives and tomato vine, notes descriptive of the variety, with a Northern Rhône whiff. It’s juicy and round on the palate, with polished tannins. It delivers way above its price point.
Here's What We Thought:
Bursting with dark berries, this bold Spanish blend delivers juicy blackberry, plum, and a hint of wild herbs and spice. Medium-full and smooth on the palate, it balances ripe fruit with a lively finish. It's a weeknight hero that pairs perfectly with grilled sausages, lamb chops, smoky BBQ, or roasted mushrooms and peppers.
