Here's What We Thought:
Bursting with citrus, ripe peach, and a touch of tropical fruit, all accented by a hint of white flowers and herbs. On the palate, it’s bright and juicy, with a salty, mineral edge that keeps every sip refreshing. There's a slight creaminess from the blend, making it both crisp and satisfying. Excellent with crab cakes, grilled shrimp, ceviche, or spicy Thai dishes, and with fresh goat cheese. Very enjoyable!
