Cap Maritime has never quite hit the same heights as its parent winery, Boekenhoutskloof, but its Chardonnay is well made in a fruity, pear, melon, and nectarine style. Framed by 70% new wood and an equal proportion of malolactic, this finishes with bright, cool climate acidity. Drink 2023-2027.
