Deep garnet in the glass, this Graves pops with ripe blackcurrant and cherry, and a touch of spice, framed by smooth tannins. The palate is balanced and fresh, with hints of cedar and tobacco. Pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, beef stews, mushroom risotto, or a plate of funky aged cheeses. It's elegant, fun, totally drinkable now, or allow it to develop in the cellar for a few more years.
