The Cuvage 2018 Nebbiolo d'Alba Metodo Classico Millesimato Rosé Brut is a steely and tonic expression of Nebbiolo with a faded pink shine. This sparkling wine offers moderate effervescence and short-lived beading. But it does offer a pretty array of orchard fruit aromas, minty apple, violet and candied almond. —M.L.
