This wine is fresh and concentrated with aromas of blackberry, black cherry, ginger, and dried florals. The palate has flavors of boysenberry, blood orange, coriander, and dried sage intertwined with orange zest and dark chocolate. It finishes dry. Pair with brisket. —T.P.
What We Thought: Ripe blackberry and smoky oak frame the nose of this Zin that drinks bigger than it looks. The palate is filled with flavors of more ripe blackberry and black raspberry accented with notes of vanilla, and it finishes with very soft tannins.
