Eric Taillet Exclusiv'T Champagne is fresh and fruity. The Meunier grape plays its part perfectly, contributing all the fruitiness it can. The wine is mature thanks to extended aging on lees. The vinous character of the Extra-Brut version is very interesting from a taste perspective. The very low dosage allows the Meunier grape all the space it needs to express itself. The wine is fresh, powerful, and complex.
