Dark cherry color with ruby highlights. Concentrated and deep, with aromas of black berries (blackberry jam). On the palate, it is flavorful, light, and framed by fine fruity acidity. With smooth tannic and fruity characteristics, it is the ideal pairing for alltypes of grilled meats, chorizo, and mature cheeses. It pairs especially well with roasted lamb.
Fresh, showing good fluidity from a year with a very dry, hot summer. Well-made with an approachable style, medium body, firm tannins and a juicy, medium-long finish. A balanced expression of strawberries and cherries. Lots of early appeal here.
Here's What We Thought:
Midnight-dark and hard to resist, this wine bursts with ripe black cherry, plum compote, and hints of warm, comforting cocoa and vanilla. On the palate it’s smooth yet fresh, with lots juicy Tempranillo fruit, savory spice, and enough grippy tannins that keep things seriously food-friendly. Pairs prefectly with grilled lamb chops, truffle pasta, Manchego cheese, or a jamón-heavy tapas spread—this wine loves umami. Bold, polished, and ridiculously drinkable, it’s Ribera comfort food in a glass. 🍷
