This blend of three old-vine vineyards is quite dynamic. The nose offers rocky riverbed, wool, and lime pith aromas, while the palate is lively with citrus, apple flesh, and more wool flavors, proving both fresh and slightly funky. —M.K.
What We Thought: A floral-scented nose and a viscous palate of ripe apricot and apple flavors supported by a little minerality and some bright acidity makes this a great foil for shellfish or any simply prepared fish.
