I love the 2018 Los Cantos de Torremilanos, produced with grapes from their vineyards on boulder (cantos in Spanish), sand and limestone soils from the river. Despite being 14.5% alcohol, the wine is fresh and vibrant, balanced and tasty, with very integrated oak after 13 months in 225-liter oak barrels. Drink 2021-2024. —L.G.
