A blend of fruits from Kent and Sussex vineyards, aged for over three years on lees, the Blanc de Blancs is finished with a 7.5g/l dosage. Richly toasty, with salted lemon zest on the nose. Lemon sorbet and green fruits on a bright palate, leading to depths of brioche and cream. Linear and precise, underlined by a finish of umami and mineral salinity, with hints of smoke.–S.W.
