Still quite leesy from long sur-lie maturation, but with a bit of air, bright lemon zest, and sliced pear fruit, plus a whiff of vanilla open up. Excellent balance of substance and apple freshness, the textural complexity binding these things neatly together. Lovely freshness at the finish. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
