This wine’s nose is a total showoff, wafting out of the glass like it’s on a mission to impress. It’s a graceful blend of orchard fruits with a flirty citrus blossom wink. The palate plays it safe, solid, but not quite ready to party. Green apple skin and a salty kick on the finish. —J.P.
