Made entirely from Pinot Grigio grown from low yield vineyards in the coveted white wine regions of Trentino, Veneto and Friuli, this wine bursts with enticing aromas of acacia flowers, lime, tangerine and hints of apricots and almonds. On the palate, it's bold yet clean and refreshing, with a long finish tinged with orange blossom and honey.
There’s an enticing shadow of pink color in the glass, typical of pinot grigio. The aromas and flavors are in the baked-apple, pear-drop and table-grape fruit zone, together with a stony note that turns denser and provides a silky, grainy mouthfeel on the fullish-bodied palate.
