The 2022 Schiava Sonntaler is wildly fresh with a burst of crushed wild berries, sweet sage and lavender. This washes across the palate, crisp and refreshing with vividly ripe wild berry fruits and sweet inner herbal tones accentuated by cooling acidity. It leaves a gentle, tense, light tannic tug while finishing fresh and with medium length.
