The nose leads off with crushed cherry and raspberry, then blossoms in the glass, gaining a refreshing lime-tinged minerality. Silky textures flesh out across the palate, joined by blue and purple woodland berries, cooling acids, and a sweet note of violet pastille. This tapers off medium in length, resonating of dark ripe fruit and still remarkably balanced. Drink 2021-2028. —E.G.
