Stunning nose of white peach and white flowers, then, with aeration in the glass, a wealth of wild berry and herb aromas unfurl. Super-concentrated and super-focused this is as juicy as it is brilliant, Extremely long finish with great purity and the whole composition feels almost as light as a cloud. Drink or hold.
This is reductive at this point, so it needs air. Hints of tarragon, savory mineral and yellow apple emerge, hinting at what will this become. Concentrated mineral notes linger on the almost smoky finish.
