Gravity, primarily Syrah with a touch of Viognier and Zinfandel, has intense, aromatic layers of wild berry and blueberry jam, tar, apricot, aniseed, mint leaves, and violet. The full-bodied palate is concentrated and ripe, with a surprisingly silky texture and loads of spicy accents fanning out on the long finish. Drink 2024-2034. —E.B.
