This wine is rich, lively, with aromas of dark cherry, plum, orange marmalade, dried sage, and notes of potpourri on the nose. The flavors on the palate are black strawberry, raspberry, blood orange zest, layered with clove, key lime vanilla cream, mineral, and a dry, supple finish. —T.P.
What We Thought: This wine has a beautiful, clear garnet color and a soft black cherry nose that leads to a very smooth, medium-bodied palate of black cherry, black raspberry fruit that displays notes of vanilla and black pepper, and finishes just as smooth as it began.
