This wine’s earthy aromas are like a post-rain meadow filled with violets and lavender hyssop. The fruit on the nose and palate is a dark raspberry and blackberry combination, flanked by flavors of saline, sage and black tea. Aromatic and elegant, this has aromas and flavors of wild mushrooms, cloves, cedar and wild cherries. It’s medium-bodied, bright and fresh, with excellent tension and a tight tannin frame.
