This does an excellent job of achieving balance, opening with a sweet, inviting nose of apple pie, Meyer lemon crème, and subtle hints of vanilla, balanced by incredible acidity. It has a rich yet elegant mouthfeel, is slightly reductive, and has a silky, lingering finish. Drink 2025 - 2029. —ACQ
