This dry wine is pale lemon in color with persistent perlage. On the palate are flavors of lemon zest, green apple, pear skin, almonds, and wet stones. This light-bodied wine is lean and very fresh. We thought it was perfect with a warm afternoon on the patio. Pair this with nearly any shellfish or light chicken dish as well as fresh cheeses.
Dynamic and fragrant, offering lemon blossom, orange peel and blanched almond flavors. Finishes on a vibrant, fresh accent. Drink now. —T.F
