This wine is lively, concentrated, hues of cherry garnet with aromas of ripe Black cherry, huckleberry, grilled orange slices, mulled spices, and floral on the nose. The flavors on the palate are juicy Bing cherry, red currant compote, raspberry, pink grapefruit zest layered with key lime cream, vanilla, Bay leaf and a long silky finish. —T.P.
What We Thought: This robust, easy-drinking blend is full-bodied, with a spicy palate of ripe blackberry and black raspberry fruit, notes of oaky vanilla, and supple, well-integrated tannins.
