Pale pink, elegant and complex, with hints of peach, melon, blackberries, and earthy notes. Round with a crisp acidity and a clean finish. Perfect for aperitif/sipping time, but also very food-friendly. Particularly, it goes excellently with hors d’oeuvres, charcuterie, soups, and risottos.
