What We Thought: Aromas and flavors of butterscotch and ripe pear dominate this elegant Monterey Chardonnay. With an impeccable balance of fruit, oak, and acid, the smooth, viscous palate shows notes of vanilla and is balanced by some bright acidity on the finish.
