From vines planted in 1937, the 2021 Zinfandel Fredericks Vineyard has a deep ruby color and broody aromas of black cherry fruit, tobacco, lavender, and thyme. The full-bodied palate is concentrated and broody in character despite its approachable tannins and it has a mineral-driven finish. Drink 2024-2032. —E.B.
