What We Thought: .The moment you pour it, you’ll sense that this wine is built on restraint and poise. The marriage of Cabernet Franc and Merlot gives it both structure and plushness—red and dark berry fruits framed with herbal lift, subtle mocha, and fine-grained tannin presence. It’s drinking very nicely tonight with just a short decant, yet it will reward patience if you cellar for another five or more years. -Mat
