Ninety years ago, the coffee trees at an abandoned estate cross-pollinated each other, and a new, hardy strain developed. This coffee is blended into iQhilika mead to make this coffee mead. The honey used is from many species of savannah wildflowers and trees, and the mead is aged in wine barrels during shipping.
