What We Thought: Bright gold color. Aromas of GoldRush apples and citrus blossom. Medium-bodied on the palate, with more apple, Anjou pear, more floral notes, and well-balanced acidity. The finish lingers with a gingery minerality. An elegant accompaniment to a meal but also delicious on its own.
