Brooding blackcurrant, black cherry, and cassis combine beautifully with fine tobacco and cedar notes. Persistent and concentrated with satin tannins and supporting acidity. Long and finessed. World Wine Awards Gold, 2024.
What We Thought: This incredibly approachable "Right Bank" blend has a nose of red cherries and plums and a medium-to-full-bodied palate filled with ripe, soft blackberry fruit and notes of baking spice and dark chocolate, finishing with firm but supple tannins that promise future improvement in the cellar. A blend of 87% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Cabernet Franc.
