What We Thought: This California Bordeaux Blanc has a healthy dose of Semillon in the blend. Tropical pineapple aromas lead to a nicely rounded, almost creamy palate of lemon-lime and green apple with just a hint of honeydew melon supported by a splash of bright acidity.
