The Seventeen Forty Reserve is 71% Cabernet Franc and 29% Merlot and is expected to age 18 months in 100% new French oak. Deep ruby-purple, it’s a touch reserved to begin and takes some time to reveal spiced plums, dried herbs, soil, violets, and cedar aromas.
