Great alternative to glass bottle—this wine comes in an aluminum container. The wine is lively, with aromas of plum, cherry, orange zest, dried potpourri, and vanilla spice. Flavors of strawberry-cherry compote, tangerine, and dried herbs glide into bittersweet orange rind, mineral, and a dry finish. Pair with weekday takeaway. —T.P.
What We Thought: This nice little Pinot Noir is varietally correct and medium-bodied with aromas and flavors of black cherry and black pepper, notes of baking spice, and soft but evident tannins.
